Mushroom Steamed Egg

Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems! Choose larger mushrooms

Quantity of quail eggs and mushrooms

Crack the quail eggs into the mushrooms and sprinkle with a little pepper (to remove the fishy smell)

Place in a pot over water and steam until cooked (about 10 minutes)

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Pour in soy sauce, white sugar, salt and starch to make the sauce (prepare it in advance) and bring to a boil

Pour the boiled sauce on top of the steamed eggs and sprinkle with chopped green onion! Done! (I put the wolfberries in for good looks)
