Stir-fried yam with fungus
Overview
I had a yam left at home, and I just happened to soak the fungus, so I made this using local materials. It was okay and tasted good

Peel and slice yam, soak in water

Sliced green onions

Soak the fungus and tear into small florets

Add oil to the pot, sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant, add the fungus and stir-fry for two minutes. Add the yam and continue to stir-fry for another two minutes. Add the seasonings except sesame oil and stir well

Fry for one minute, turn off the heat, add sesame oil, and put on a plate
