Overview

To change the taste, I added some bean paste filling, which is very delicious. Be sure to choose a harder bean paste so that it won’t stick to your hands when handling. If you have time, you can also fry the bean paste yourself

  1. Soak the glutinous rice in advance

  8. Put the wrapped rice dumplings into the pot, fill with water and pour over the rice dumplings, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours. Simmer the cooked rice dumplings in the soup overnight, the rice will be especially sticky and delicious
