Golden Hammer
Overview
I have wanted to make Golden Hammer for a long time. Frying in a pan is troublesome, easy to get hurt, and wastes oil. I have wanted to do it but have never done it. Since I got this air fryer, it is much more convenient. You don’t need too much oil or too many processes to make fried food. It also tastes great. The chicken wings are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is endless aftertaste

Soak the chicken legs in water for half an hour to draw out some of the blood

Take a chicken leg, cut about one centimeter from the joint and remove the fascia at the joint.

With the big end of the chicken leg facing down, push the meat down and use a knife to make three or four cuts on the outside (you can also remove the chicken skin by the way)

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes, then put the chicken legs at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Because the chicken legs I bought are a bit large, it takes a long time.
