I received a few Beibei pumpkins from others. Beibei pumpkins are small in size. They are very suitable for children to make egg cups. The amount of milk in the ingredients should match the pumpkin flesh dug out at home

Wash the pumpkin

Cut the top

Use a knife to carefully scoop out the pumpkin flesh on the surface, making sure not to break it

Remove the inside of the gourd and melon seeds

Add 2/3 of the milk to the freshly taken out pumpkin meat into a food processor and beat until smooth

Add an egg to the whipped pumpkin paste

Add condensed milk and mix well with a hand whisk

Pour into pumpkin cup
