Overview
In spring, nature gives us back many delicious ingredients. As long as we love the earth, it will give us back many beautiful things. The beans grown in Huahua’s field are ripe, and they are a perfect match with the Chinese toon.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare fresh beans (the picture is from my own home, they are freshly picked and fried)
-
After cleaning the beans, add water to the pot and add an appropriate amount of salt to cook the beans (cook them until they are softer and more flavorful)
-
Drain the cooked beans into cold water and set aside
-
Wash and chop a small handful of Chinese toon and set aside
-
A little pepper. Cut the dried chilies into sections, mince the ginger and garlic and set aside (I forgot to pat the ginger and garlic)
-
Put oil in the pot (a little more oil than usual for stir-frying), sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the dried peas, chili peppers and stir-fry for a while.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add Chinese toon and stir-fry for a while. Remove from the pot
