Ingredients.
-
Cut the butter into small pieces, soften with warm water and add powdered sugar. Use a hand mixer to mix evenly, no need to beat.
-
Add the egg liquid in portions, stirring thoroughly each time before adding the next egg liquid.
-
Once the cocoa powder and flour are thoroughly mixed, sift in and add half of the butter mixture.
-
Knead all ingredients into dough and set aside.
-
Knead the almond part into a smooth dough according to the above method.
-
Put the two doughs in the refrigerator for half an hour. After taking them out, cover them with plastic wrap, roll them into a thin crust, and then use your favorite molds to make small biscuits of various shapes. Or you can pinch it however you like.
-
Place in the preheated oven at 150°C and bake for 15-20 minutes.
-
Bake until the surface is a beautiful golden brown. This time I accidentally baked it for a little longer, and some of it was a little bit mushy~heehee~~
