Soak the baby chicken in 5/% salt water in the refrigerator overnight in advance. Take it out the next day and add freshly ground black pepper, salt, lemon juice, red pepper powder, garlic powder or garlic paste and rub evenly on the chicken body. Apply evenly to the inside and outside and marinate in the refrigerator overnight
-
Take out the marinated chicken and wipe the juice with kitchen paper until the chicken skin is dry. Put a lemon and onion cubes in the chicken belly and seal it with a toothpick
-
Melt the butter in the microwave. If you don’t have red pepper powder, you can omit it
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil, line with onion pieces, brush butter on the chicken and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Change to 150 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Then change to 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes until the skin is crispy. Turn over halfway through and brush with butter. If you use a grill, you can omit this step
