Chopped pepper, bitter melon and shrimps
Overview
Before the age of 25, I was determined not to eat bitter melon. After the age of 25, I feel that bitter melon is an excellent food, but I still cannot accept its bitter taste. It wasn't until I tried this method that I realized that bitter melon tastes good.

The main materials are ready.

Wash the shrimps, remove the shells and devein the shrimps from the middle.

Cut the bitter melon in half, remove the flesh and shred it, cut the red pepper into shreds, mince the wild mountain pepper, and chop the garlic head into puree and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of salt to the cut bitter melon.

Mix well and marinate for about 20 minutes, the bitter melon will soften properly.

Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic, minced wild mountain pepper, and shredded red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and a pinch of salt and fry until the shrimp is opaque.

Pour the fried shrimps and pickled bitter melon into the cold mixing bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of wild pepper chili sauce, an appropriate amount of Lee Kum Kee salad dressing, 1 tablespoon of sugar and sesame oil and mix well.

In this way, the shrimps are chewy and delicious. Bitter melon blends into the summer of shrimp meat, and paired with the sour and spicy taste, it tastes good.
