One box of lactone tofu and two preserved eggs. Boil the preserved eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Crush peanuts, mince coriander and chives. Garlic, cut into minced garlic.

Make a bowl of sauce and put all the ingredients together. You can adjust the taste to your liking. If you like it sweet, add more sugar. If you like spicy food, add some chili oil.

Dice the tofu and preserved eggs, sprinkle with coriander, chopped green onion, and minced garlic. Finally, sprinkle the sauce evenly in the bowl. It goes well with rice.
