Fry the eggs until golden brown, then scoop them out. Continue to stir-fry mushrooms and bacon

After frying until the aroma of bacon comes out (2 minutes at most), add a tablespoon of light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry. When you smell a strong aroma, add a tablespoon of sugar

After stir-frying, add the rice, continue to stir-fry, add the already super good eggs, and then add a little dark soy sauce (just to enhance the color), stir-fry evenly.

Finished product, now start making the outer egg skin

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. If it is not a non-stick pot, you can add more oil to prevent the egg liquid from sticking to the pot. Pour in the remaining 2/3 of the egg mixture. Wait for the egg liquid to coagulate
