Air fryer grilled steak
Overview
Tender beef tenderloin, lightly processed to create a delicious steak. Although the taste is not authentic, it suits my taste and I am very happy to eat it!

Wash the beef tenderloin, drain the water with kitchen paper, then slice it horizontally into three equal parts about 1.5 cm thick, and cut one side with a knife

Put it into a basin and add the required seasonings. If you are afraid of spicy food, you can omit or add less black pepper sauce

Mix the sauce and steak thoroughly and marinate for more than an hour to fully absorb the flavor. You can turn it several times in the middle

Prepare the tin foil, with the noodles facing up, place the marinated steak on it, and pour the marinated juice on the surface of the steak

Fold the four sides of the tin foil upward to wrap the steak, leaving a small gap for ventilation

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes in advance, 200 degrees, put the steak wrapped in foil into the frying basket, set the time to 20 minutes, 200 degrees

After 20 minutes, pull out the frying basket, open the tin foil, and set the time to 200 degrees for 5 minutes to dry the surface of the steak
