Overview
The 3 large king oyster mushrooms my mother gave me years ago are still in the refrigerator. I was thinking of ways to use them up, and today I fried them with beef cubes!

I used steak cut into small pieces and soaked up the moisture from the beef cubes

Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and a little sugar and marinate for one hour

Pleurotus eryngii cut into small cubes

Add oil to the pan and fry the king oyster mushrooms until golden brown

Remove and drain the oil, and use kitchen paper towels to absorb the oil

In a separate pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant

Add the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry until it changes color

Add the fried king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry evenly
