Soak white fungus and lily in cold water and wash them in advance. Tear white fungus into small pieces; soak wolfberry in water for 5 minutes, remove and drain; set aside glutinous rice.

Raisins for later use

Rock sugar for later use

Fill the pot with water, add all the ingredients in the first step: white fungus, lily, wolfberry, and glutinous rice. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat.

When the stew is almost cooked, add raisins and rock sugar and turn off the heat for about five minutes.
