Steps

  1. Soak white fungus and lily in cold water and wash them in advance. Tear white fungus into small pieces; soak wolfberry in water for 5 minutes, remove and drain; set aside glutinous rice.

  4. Fill the pot with water, add all the ingredients in the first step: white fungus, lily, wolfberry, and glutinous rice. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat.

  5. When the stew is almost cooked, add raisins and rock sugar and turn off the heat for about five minutes.
