Homemade chopped pepper
Overview
I was thinking about making fish head with chopped pepper. The ones sold in supermarkets have a lot of preservatives, so I made my own chopped pepper. It’s so delicious. O(∩_∩)O It’s also very simple. I’ll make it myself in the future.

Prepare the pepper, garlic, and ginger. .

Chop the pepper (not too minced, as shown in the picture), smash and cut the garlic cloves, and mince the ginger.

In a bowl, add chopped chili pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger, appropriate amount of salt, and white sugar and stir evenly.

Find a well-sealed bottle to store the materials, add a small amount of white wine (white wine has an antiseptic effect to extend the shelf life) before sealing, and refrigerate for 5 days.
