Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients. Disperse the roses and jasmine flowers in warm water first. Soak a few more. It is a good choice when decorating. Put the biscuits into a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
-
Melt butter in hot water.
-
Mix the biscuit crumbs with butter, put them into a 6-inch cake mold and press it tightly, then put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate. Place a round oil-absorbing paper under the mold for easy demoulding.
-
Cream cheese, sugar, and hot water until smooth.
-
Soak the gelatine slices in cold water until soft, then take them out and put them in a bowl. Melt them in hot water. Once melted, let them cool at room temperature.
-
Pour milk into the whipped cream cheese and stir.
-
Pour the light cream into a clean basin that is oil-free and water-free and whip it until it is 7 minutes thick. Just lift it up and it will have sharp corners.
-
Pour the non-scalding gelatine solution, lemon juice and whipped cream into the cream cheese and mix well.
-
The cheese paste is ready. Pour a layer of cheese paste on it, place the previously cut yellow peaches on top, and then fill it with the remaining cheese paste.
-
Place the cut yellow peach flowers on the cheese, press it down a little, and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
-
Add sugar to the Sprite and stir until defoaming. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water until soft. Drain the water. Dissolve the water in diluted water and pour it into the dissipated Sprite. Stir.
-
Take the cake out of the refrigerator and use a round spoon to make a few notches along the edges for decoration.
-
Choose a few beautiful soaked flowers to decorate and pour sprite liquid into them.
-
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
-
Take it out the next day, sprinkle some powdered sugar on the plate, unmold the cake and put it on the plate, and it's done.
