Steps
-
Soak the sea mushrooms in water for two to three hours. After soaking, the portion will be quite large, so you don’t need to soak a lot. The picture is for two people.
-
Prepare the side dishes first. You can cut the carrots into dices or shreds, and chop the coriander. I don’t like to eat garlic that is too strong, so I only chop a small head of garlic. You can add chili peppers depending on how spicy you like it, or you can use Lao Gan Ma.
-
The soaked sea mushroom becomes longer and cut into shorter lengths. Boil a pot of water. When the water boils, pour the chopped sea mushrooms into it and boil it for half a minute. If you like it softer, you can cook it longer. Drain the water from the sea mushrooms and let cool.
-
Plate. Add side dishes, add some soy sauce, oil, sesame oil, and mature vinegar according to personal taste. You can try adding salty or light seasoning in several times. Mix well and it's ready to eat.
