Overview
Rose kohlrabi, also known as pickled vegetables, is one of the local flavor foods in Yunnan. It uses fresh and tender kohlrabi, which is a specialty of Yunnan, and is made with seasoned sauce, salt, rose sugar and other ingredients using the traditional pickling method of Yunnan ethnic minorities. Wash the lean meat and cut into strips.
