Wash the beef brisket and blanch the blood in a pot. Drain and set aside

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and set aside

Wash and cut and set aside. I'm too lazy to peel it. You can boil some water and blanch the skin and remove it

Chop ginger and garlic and set aside

The blanched beef brisket is ready for the pot

Pour oil, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add beef brisket and stir-fry for about a minute
