Chocolate Bean Toast
Overview
I have made this recipe of toast many times. I just made it in a different way. I really like chocolate-flavored toast. Today’s toast is made by adding cocoa powder to the flour, and adding high-temperature-resistant chocolate beans to the dough with cocoa powder. It is baked. In the chocolate toast, due to the addition of cocoa particles, the chocolate taste is more intense. When the chocolate beans are eaten in the mouth, it melts in the mouth and is sweet and delicious. Friends who like the taste of chocolate can refer to this toast and present a delicious toast to their family.

Put other ingredients except butter and chocolate beans into the bread barrel and start the dough mixing process for 20 minutes.

Add butter and continue kneading in the bread machine for 20 minutes.

The dough is fermented in the bread barrel for 1 hour until it is 2---2.5 times in size.

Round the dough and divide it into three equal parts, let out the air, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes.

Roll the three pieces of dough into rectangular shapes.

Leave to ferment in a warm place until 9 minutes full.

Place in an oven that has been preheated for 5 minutes at 170 degrees, and bake the middle and lower layers for 30 minutes.
