Overview

Three shredded green peppers is the most common home-cooked dish here. It is cooked with green peppers, dried tofu and pork shreds. The green peppers I used are not spicy, so I added spicy powder to enhance the flavor. The spicy and delicious taste makes you definitely want to eat a few more mouthfuls of rice to accompany the meal

  1. Wash the pork leg and cut into thin strips. Mix well with salt, cooking wine and cornstarch and marinate for half an hour

  4. Pour oil into the pot, add shredded pork in warm oil and stir-fry until all colors change and remove
