Soak the ribs in hot water

Stir-fry the pork ribs. When stir-frying, add oil and cooking wine

Pour in water, the water needs to cover the ribs, add green onion segments

Then add the white radish

Stew over high heat. After the water boils, turn to low heat and add shiitake mushrooms

When simmering over low heat, consider changing to a casserole, add salt, and aniseed if you like
