grams of sesame oil (I only have sesame oil at home. This is my first time trying to make peach cakes, but I don’t know how effective it is. I’ll give it a try^O^)

Add one egg and 200 grams of white sugar (preferably fine sugar, otherwise it will be a bit difficult to stir😜)

Add 400 grams of flour, about 3 grams of baking powder, 3 grams of baking soda, and a little roasted peanuts and stir evenly

Divide it evenly into equal parts

Press gently with the palm of your hand (it is best to flatten it and then use your thumb to press a small dimple in the middle, more like what is sold outside)

After brushing with a layer of egg white, sprinkle a little black sesame seeds

Place in baking pan

Bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes
