Wash the red pepper, kale, and garlic cloves.

Slice kale, shred red pepper, flatten and chop garlic cloves.

Add some oil and salt to the boiling water, blanch the kale, take it out and let it cool.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic over low heat.

Add kale and stir-fry.

Add red pepper and stir-fry for a while, add salt and oyster sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly.
