Prepare winter melon and green and red peppers.

Peel the winter melon, cut into wide strips, mince green onions, and cut green and red peppers into thin strips.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the green onions until the minced ginger becomes fragrant, then add the winter melon and sauté until soft.

Add green and red pepper strips and fry until raw.
