Double Fresh Lily and Tremella Soup
Overview
Some time ago, I bought some fresh lilies from Lanzhou online. I also have fresh white fungus at home. I added some red dates, longan and wolfberry to make sweet soup together. Lanzhou's lilies are indeed, as introduced in the documentary "Origin of Flavor", slightly sweet, pink and glutinous, and very delicious. Fresh tremella is also softer and waxier than dried tremella. Remove the fungus legs from fresh white fungus, tear it into small pieces, rinse it and let it dry for a while.

Cut off the charred parts at the roots and tips of fresh lilies, break them into pieces, and clean them.

Dry-clean the red dates. You can put as much as you like, but not too much. I put 15 pills for three people because there are other ingredients.

Put the lily, white fungus and red dates into the rice cooker.

Add 1.5-2 times the amount of water and cook for 1 hour.

Dry peel the longan, dry-clean the wolfberry and set aside.

In the last 10 minutes, add dried longan, dried wolfberry, and rock sugar, stir well, cover and continue cooking for the final time.
