Cut bamboo shoots into pieces and wash

Green onions, ginger, fragrant leaves and star anise for later use

Cut the pork belly into pieces and wash them off with water first

Wash and drain the meat pieces

Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the pork belly

Add water to cover the meat, add bay leaves, star anise, onion, ginger, cooking wine, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, rock sugar and high heat
