Wontons stuffed with cabbage and meat

In my spare time, I always like to make some wontons and store them in the refrigerator. For office workers, breakfast will not be so rushed. The wontons filled with cabbage and meat that I make are delicious. This is my favorite flavor. I would like to share it with you.

Wash and dice the cabbage in advance, chop the meat filling, add 1 egg, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oil, 1 spoon of thirteen spices, and appropriate amount of chopped green onion

Mix all the fillings evenly and set aside (if you want more flavor, add less salt to taste)

Put some fillings into one corner of the wonton wrapper and roll half of it from top to bottom

The two sides of the wonton are nestled in the middle, a bit like Yuanbao's

The wontons are wrapped in sequence

Boil water in a pot, add wontons and bring to a boil

Add the dried shrimps one by one

Add seaweed, chopped green onion and a spoonful of lard, bring to a boil
