Cut dry tofu into strips.

Slice the meat, cut the pepper into strips, and chop the green onion.

Add appropriate amount of water to one spoonful of starch and mix well.

Heat the oil and add the meat slices and stir-fry evenly.

Add the pepper strips (larger ones are fried first), light soy sauce, chopped green onion, and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry evenly.

Add dry tofu, salt and chicken essence and stir well.

Add some water and stir fry.

Finally, pour in the starch water and stir well.
