Prepare ingredients.

Pour cold water into the pot, then immediately pour in the granulated sugar and lower the heat.

The bubbles are beginning to increase. You must be patient at this time and watch the sugar juice turn into a beautiful deep amber color. Add the cream and continue stirring.

Stir until the cream and sugar juice are completely combined, turn off the heat, soak the small pot in cold water, and continue to stir

Let the cold water cool the sauce quickly. Once the sauce has cooled, pour it into a glass container and seal it tightly.
