Hot and sour potato shreds
Overview
The most down-to-earth food ingredient has to be potatoes! There are so many ways to make potatoes. I believe many people will like fried shredded potatoes! Here’s an introduction to my potato shreds! It goes great with white rice!

Wash the side dishes and cut them into diagonal slices

Cut the potatoes into shreds and wash them twice to remove the starch on the surface

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the onions and garlic

Change to low heat, add a small spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

Fry the oil till fragrant until red oil comes out

Pour in shredded potatoes and stir-fry

When the shredded potatoes become slightly soft, cook in light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and sugar. Pour in chili and stir-fry over high heat

Finally, pour balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with chopped green onion along the edge of the pot. Stir fry evenly and remove from the pan
