Overview
This soft cookie does not use butter or eggs, uses brown sugar to add flavor, and uses water instead of rum to soak the raisins. It has no irritating ingredients and is very suitable for vegetarians.

Prepare materials and weigh them for later use. Mix brown sugar and hot water, stir until the brown sugar dissolves and turn into sugar water, then cool and set aside. Soak raisins in appropriate amount of water for half an hour in advance

Pour vegetable oil into the basin

Then pour in the brown sugar water and salt and mix evenly

Sift the baking powder and low-gluten flour into a bowl
