Wash the rice, add about 1.2 times of water (or add water according to the amount you are used to), put it into the rice cooker and simmer the rice first.

While cooking, prepare bacon and broad beans

Wash the bacon with warm water and cut into cubes, mince the onion and ginger

Put two teaspoons of cooking oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and ginger and saute until fragrant. Add the diced bacon and stir-fry until the white part of the bacon becomes transparent

Add broad bean rice

Add salt

Cook cooking wine along the edge of the pot and add light soy sauce.

Add all the seasonings and stir-fry for a minute or two and turn off the heat.

When the rice is cooked until the water is gone (it has not yet jumped to the keep warm state), pour the fried bacon broad beans on the rice.

Place the bacon broad beans flat on the rice, cover with a lid, and continue to simmer until the rice is cooked. After cooking, simmer for 10 minutes

Open and mix well.
