  4. Add the sugar to the egg whites in 3 batches and beat until stiff.

  6. Pour the batter back into the egg whites and mix well.

  7. Place white sesame seeds and chopped green onions on a baking sheet. Both dried onions and chives are fine.

  8. Pour in the batter and smooth it out with a spatula.

  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.

  10. After the cake roll has cooled, place it on oil paper with the chopped green onion side down. Apply salad dressing.
