Dice ham, carrots, beat eggs and set aside. The rice has been steamed in advance. It is best to let it cool and break it up. Leftover rice is better.

Put oil in the bottom of the pot.

Pour in the egg liquid when the oil is hot and stir-fry.

Fry the eggs and set aside.

Put oil in the bottom of the pot.

Add the diced carrots to the hot oil and stir-fry. Just fry for about a minute.

After the diced carrots are fried, add rice (the rice must be broken up in advance), salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, and ham and stir-fry.
