French bread

French bread

Overview

I was planning to make pure wheat bread for the first time. When I was preparing all the ingredients in the supermarket yesterday, I accidentally saw French bread made with snail mushrooms in the evening. I was immediately fascinated. Checked out the recipe. All I'm missing is honey. So I thought I'd still do it. For this bread. I didn't go to bed until 3 o'clock last night. Suddenly I felt that making bread was much more complicated than cake. Bread needs to ferment and rise again and again, and the waiting process is really a torture. I have read many posts before saying that the first time I make bread, I must make a stone, a cake, a steamed bun, etc. I kept beating the drums in my heart while making it. In the end, is the finished product really just a hard yellow steamed bun? But I was so happy when the finished product came out. Snuck one as soon as it comes out of the oven. Extremely hot. But the soft layers and delicate surface are really irresistible. After making it in the middle of the night, I ate several of them. This time I made it with olive oil provided to me by Amazon. It’s delicious when made. Thank you Amazon for providing this opportunity, and I will continue to work hard in the future.
