Prepare flour and sugar, and dissolve yeast powder in warm water. Then soak the mushrooms and vermicelli in boiling water.

Knead the flour into a smooth dough, chop the mushrooms and vermicelli and fry until cooked.

It will ferment until it doubles in size.

Knead the dough again to deflate it, then cut it into small pieces, wrap the fillings in it to make steamed buns, and then ferment again for 20 minutes.

Then steam it in a pot with cold water. After the water boils, steam it for another 10 minutes, then turn off the heat, and then simmer it for another 5 minutes before it is ready.
