Grape Cookies
Overview
I originally wanted to make cranberry cookies, but I couldn't buy cranberries, so I had to use raisins instead, but they tasted pretty good.

Chop the raisins and set aside.

Soften butter at room temperature.

After the butter has softened, add the powdered sugar and stir evenly without beating.

Add 1 tablespoon of whole egg liquid and stir evenly.

Mix well and add raisins.

Add low-gluten flour and mix evenly to form a dough. Shape the dough into a long cylinder with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cut the frozen long cylindrical dough into slices about 0.7CM thick with a knife. Place on baking sheet, leaving some space in the middle.

Place in a preheated oven at 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
