Chop ginger, tempeh and garlic; halve green pepper, remove seeds and cut diagonally; cut green onion

Clean the cuttlefish and blanch it in boiling water for 5 minutes

Pick it up and run it through cold water twice, then drain the water

Heat oil in a pan

After the oil boils, add the ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant

Add cuttlefish and stir-fry for 10 minutes
