Summer vacation snacks, butter and milk cookies
Overview
It's summer vacation, the children are going out to play, and the children's friends are bringing snacks. If you don’t worry about the snacks outside, it’s better to make butter and milk biscuits by yourself, so that the children can have a happy holiday, and they can also take the biscuits they made to spend the summer vacation together.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soften butter at room temperature;
-
Soften butter, beat in eggs and mix well;
-
Aru milk in step 2, mix well;
-
Sift together powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, and low-gluten flour;
-
Add the sifted flour to step 3 and mix well;
-
Knead the well-mixed dough into a smooth dough and knead until it is smooth (surface is smooth, hands are smooth, and bowl is smooth)
-
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes;
-
Knead again into smooth dough and deflate;
-
Divide the flour dough into five equal parts; PS: I made more this time and the rolling surface is not that big, so I divided it into five equal parts. If the amount is small, the rolling surface is large and there is no need to divide.
-
Take an equal portion and roll it into a 3 mm thick dough piece, use a biscuit mold to press out a mold and make a small round biscuit;
-
Tear off the excess edges; PS: Make all five equal parts, knead all the edges into dough pieces, and make small cakes in the same way.
-
Put the prepared cake base into the oven; PS: If the baking pan will stick, it is recommended to line it with aluminum foil.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 18 minutes. PS: Each oven is different, and the biscuits made are different in size and thickness, and the baking and warming times are slightly different.
