Fried rice cake with pickled vegetables
Overview
The first time I ate this dish was in a local hotel. At that time, this kind of rice cake from the south was not sold in our supermarkets. It was not until two years later that I discovered it. So this dish often appeared on my dining table. However, I basically made it by myself. It can be used as a meal or as a dish, all on one plate. However, today's pickled vegetables are unpickled and need to be salted when stir-frying. If you are using pickled pickled pickles, you need to soak them in water in advance to remove the salt.
