Overview
I had eaten the stir-fried green beans in a restaurant and thought it was delicious, so I thought about finding a recipe to make it myself. It tastes very good and can be eaten with both wine and food.

Break the green beans into 6 cm long sections and drain the water

Put cooking oil in the pot, preferably more oil than usual, so it is easier to fry. Fry until the skin is slightly brown, take it out and set aside

Add oil to the pot, add minced pork, stir-fry over high heat, add cooking wine

Add light soy sauce
