Wash the cucumber and set aside.

Crack eggs into bowl.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil without adding any oil. Pour in the cucumber slices and bring to a boil. Add a little chopped green onion and a few drops of sesame oil and turn off the heat. Stir the water in circles to create a vortex, then pour in the egg liquid in a thin stream.
