Steamed grass carp with perilla
Overview
I really like the fragrance of perilla. I put some perilla in the steamed fish today to remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance! Really good!

Clean the fish pieces and put them on a plate.

Clean the ingredients, cut them and set aside.

Add the chopped ingredients to the fish pieces, add appropriate amount of salt and rice wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Steam over high heat for 12 minutes.

Heat the oil in another pan.

Add soy sauce and chopped green onion to the steamed fish, then drizzle with hot oil.
