Cut all the ingredients, including green and red peppers, carrot slices, garlic segments, garlic granules, ginger slices, and mushrooms. Soak them in warm water until soft and wash them before cutting.

Wash the chicken legs, wings, and feet and chop them into pieces. Do not cut them too small, as they will shrink after cooking.

Add some cooking wine to the chicken and blanch it in water to remove the foam.

Heat oil in a pan and add chicken.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt, stir well and color.

Add garlic and ginger slices, stir-fry until fragrant and transfer to casserole.

Add water until the water covers the chicken.

Heat additional oil and stir-fry the sesame oil until fragrant.

Put the mushrooms into the pot together, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat, cover and simmer.

Add some salt to the remaining ingredients and fry for a few times.

Simmer until the chicken juice is reduced and the soup is thick. Add all the ingredients you just stir-fried a few times, stir well and cook until cooked through.
