  1. Cut all the ingredients, including green and red peppers, carrot slices, garlic segments, garlic granules, ginger slices, and mushrooms. Soak them in warm water until soft and wash them before cutting.

  2. Wash the chicken legs, wings, and feet and chop them into pieces. Do not cut them too small, as they will shrink after cooking.

  3. Add some cooking wine to the chicken and blanch it in water to remove the foam.
