Double pork chop burger
Overview
I often see my friends in the circle of friends eating super big burgers. The pictures are indeed very appetizing, but since having a baby, I rarely go to fast food restaurants, and I hope that the baby will eat less of these. So if you want to eat, it is safest and cleanest to make them at home. The taste is even better than fast food restaurants

-
Prepare the ingredients; chop the carrots into fine pieces and mince the prawns into puree;
-
Mix the pork filling and shrimp paste;

Add grated carrots, eggs, and bread crumbs and mix well;
-
Pour in all the seasonings and mix well;

Form the meat filling into meatballs with your hands and pat them into patties. Pour oil into the pan. When it is 50% hot, add the meat patties and fry one side until it changes color, then flip over and fry until done.

Finally, apply salad dressing on the burger base, top with patties, vegetables and cheese as you like, and you're ready to eat.
