Cold cucumber with cold skin

Summer cold dishes are the main dish on my family's dining table. There are cold dishes every night, and everyone loves to eat them. Today I made this cold cucumber with cold skin, which is sour and appetizing.

The raw materials are cucumber, cold skin and black fungus which are soaked in advance.

Peel the cucumber, pat it with a knife, and cut into small pieces.

Finely mince coriander and garlic.

Take a small bowl and add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, mature vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil and chili oil and mix well.
