Overview
Fried dough sticks: one of the most familiar breakfast snacks for Chinese people. Although many experts agree that it is an unhealthy food, it still cannot prevent its widespread market in China. This is because it is not only cheap and high-quality, but also a eating habit that has been popular for hundreds of years. It is deeply rooted and difficult to change; as long as it is eaten reasonably and appropriately, it will not affect health. For me, fried dough sticks are not as familiar as making bread and cakes, but they are not too unfamiliar; I learned to make them once during the Spring Festival in 2015. I used flour, eggs, milk, baking powder and other ingredients. After kneading the dough, let it rise overnight before frying. Although it is not as fluffy as the fried dough sticks shop, my family said that the overall effect is not bad. The key is that it is healthy and guaranteed to be made by myself. This time I switched to home-made fried dough sticks, which is much easier and more convenient. You only need to prepare water and eggs, and you don’t need to wait for more than 10 hours for the noodles. It is especially suitable for office workers; you can eat healthy fried dough sticks without taking too long~~~

Prepare the ingredients

Pour 500 grams of fried dough sticks powder into the bread bucket
