Braised bream with soy sauce
Overview
Fish is one of our family’s favorite foods! There are more spines on the back of the fish and my husband and I ate it. There are fewer thorns in the belly of fish to choose for your baby to eat! The fish head is mine! Haha! Even eating fish heads is not elegant at all! Because I am a tomboy!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Clean one bream. Wash the black membrane from the fish belly
-
Chop onion, ginger and garlic
-
Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of oil to fry the fish. The fish needs to be wiped dry with kitchen paper, otherwise the oil will splash out and it will be very painful!
-
Once one side is golden, turn it over
-
When both sides are golden brown, remove the fish or move it to one side of the pan. Use remaining oil to stir-fry auxiliary ingredients
-
Add another spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant
-
After stir-frying, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce and sugar
-
I used June bean paste. You can choose your favorite sauce
-
Then add boiling water covering most of the fish body. It has been simmering for a while in the picture! After simmering for ten minutes, turn over and simmer for another five minutes and it’s almost done!
-
Finally, reduce the sauce over high heat and serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion! Serve the rice!
