  1. The ratio of cabbage to premixed powder is 3:1

  2. For a large plate grill, use 150g cabbage and 50g pre-mixed powder;

  3. The amount of water is the key to the taste. This requires 75ml. The smaller the measuring cup, the less accurate it will be. You can use an electronic scale to measure 150ml first, and then pour out half the weight;
